DIARY: Back in the Fray

After a week out running after my fall at Bray, I did my first “test run” yesterday: A very windy 7.5km loop over the tops of Clarabeg and Trooperstown Hill.

It went surprisingly well, but the knee has been somewhat worse for wear today and gotten a bit infected again, so I’ll try and take it easy tonight to stimulate some healing. If I don’t get back in time for Ticknock, I’d be forced to run the Scalp to complete the League (a race I’d rather avoid as the route annoys me).
